Die Medcem GmbH verfügt über ein Qualitätsmanagementsystem, das die Anforderungen der Norm EN ISO 13485:2016 in Bezug auf die Entwicklung, Herstellung und den Vertrieb von Medizinprodukten für die Zahnmedizin erfüllt.
Unsere Produkte haben die Konformitätserklärung mit der Richtlinie 93/42/EWG über Medizinprodukte.
Gemäß der Verordnung (EU) 2023/607 zur Übergangsbestimmung für bestimmte Medizinprodukte bleiben Bescheinigungen, die von benannten Stellen gemäß der Richtlinie 93/42/EWG ausgestellt wurden und die am 26.05.2021 noch gültig waren und danach nicht zurückgezogen wurden, nach Ablauf des auf der Bescheinigung angegebenen Zeitraums bis zum 31.12.2028 für alle Produkte der Klasse IIa gültig. Die Medcem GmbH erfüllt die Anforderungen der Verordnung, daher ist das Zertifikat Reg.-Nr. 36633 gültig.

Medcem GmbH has a Quality Management System meeting the requirements of the standard EN ISO 13485:2016 in relation to design, manufacture and distribution of medical devices for dentistry.
Our products have the declaration of conformity with the medical device directive 93/42/EEC.
According to the Regulation (EU) 2023/607 as regards the transitional provision for certain medical devices certificates issued by notified bodies in accordance with the directive 93/42/EEC that were still valid on 26.05.2021 and that have not been withdrawn afterwards shall remain valid after the end of the period indicated on the certificate until the date 31.12.2028 for all IIa class devices. Medcem GmbH meets the requirements of the regulation, therefore certificate Reg. no. 36633 is valid.

Medcem GmbH dispose d'un système de gestion de la qualité répondant aux exigences de la norme EN ISO 13485:2016 en ce qui concerne la conception, la fabrication et la distribution des dispositifs médicaux pour la dentisterie.
Nos produits sont déclarés conformes à la directive médicale MDD 93/42/CEE.
Conformément au règlement (UE) 2023/607 concernant la disposition transitoire relative à certains dispositifs médicaux, les certificats délivrés par les organismes notifiés conformément à la directive 93/42/CEE qui étaient encore valables le 26.05.2021 et qui n'ont pas été retirés par la suite restent valables après la fin de la période indiquée sur le certificat jusqu'à la date du 31.12.2028 pour tous les dispositifs de la classe IIa. Medcem GmbH répond aux exigences du règlement, par conséquent le certificat Reg. no. 36633 est valide.
